The Accelerated Coaching Day, led by Dr Mark Dowley, is aimed at taking your coaching skills to the next level. The day takes a deeper look at the skills required to be a master coach and is largely practical. It will include visiting classes, using video, practicing conversations, examining high impact instructional techniques and discussing how to overcome common coaching challenges. Coaching practice will be followed by watching your coaches in action, receiving and giving coaching feedback and reflection. Resources for later reference will also be provided.

Coaching in Action days provide opportunities for coaches and coaching leads to see coaching in action in a school environment and hear from leading coaches who have worked over time to build a coaching culture in their schools.
