Culture of Coaching Day

The Crowther Centre – Culture of Coaching Day is designed to show the systems and structures that support a coaching program in a school. Essentially, it answers the questions ‘what should I do if people don’t want to be coached?’ The day is designed to give attendees the knowledge and skills to begin or enhance an instructional coaching program in their school. It will share clear, effective steps to move your school towards a coaching culture. The day will share strategies for:

1. Developing a sense of belonging and connectedness in your team
2. Clarity on mastery in teaching
3. Designing a system of professional learning that supports teachers to want to improve
4. Tools to collect data and measure the impact of your program

Dates and Fees

Friday 19 May 2023, 9.00am-3.00pm

$400 per person +GST. For groups of 3 or more, please email the Crowther Centre for a discount.
